Judith and Stephen took over driving the Van today.
Lovely to see them .
Relatively easy day although several substantial hills that went on and on at a low gradient.
Very scenic route with lots of eating

Lunch in Hereford
High Tea in Leominster
Dinner in Ludlow
Pee ok
No punctures, no Pasties
Bikes starting to rattle and need quick sort out tomorrow.
Nelly says he has got a sore arse.

Has Nellyboy been sitting on your head? Ha Ha- Don't worry, it's the UV rays. Make sure you take the oral aciclovir 5 x daily and use the cream at the same time. Do it! xx
