Lovely flat day, very proud of the boys, missed 7 miles from the distance due to technical difficulties,(marwans fault), less moaning from marwan (not his fault). I fell off bike due to own abject stupidity. Kumar and Nelly in god like form. Love to all. Noo punctures today. Started raining when we entered Wales after crossing Severn Bridge !

Arrived in good time - fun day - lots to drink - 8 litres today - peed better!
Got to Tintern and my lovely Claire came for visit - with new underwear ( for me)! She is staying for Dinner with us then driving Lynette and Dot home to Bucks - they were wonderful to us and looked after us beautifully! - very much appreciated.
We will miss them !
Tomorrow my Aunty Judith and Stephen are taking over the driving - at crack of dawn.
We are in a the Wye Valley in Tintern - this means steep climb first thing tomorrow morning.
Marwan
will be lovely tomorrow, knowing the Wye Valley as I do, I know it goes uphill. We have walked it, which is not the same as riding up it. Slower and more peaceful, less sweat. See you guys tomorrow at 0800. Means leaving home at 05.45, but at least we are not bicling. Let the train take the strain. And so we will.
